Returns

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of order delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

In cases of wrong product handover during returns, action will be based on the package opening footage. The incorrect product received will be communicated to the customer. If the customer fails to respond within 5 days, the seller will not be held liable for any further action.

Additional non-returnable condition and items:

- Any Discount code is used while making a purchase.

- Purchase order value is above Rs.4999/- (partial return will be accepted)

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Nonreturnable item (if any), will be mentioned in the product description.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

- If the return request is placed for order value above Rs.4999/-

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase amount, valid for six months. The process takes 7-10 working days once the return courier is received by us. Please note that only shipping charges of Rs.100 will be applicable when you use your store credit on your purchase.

Late or Missing Store Credits

If you do not receive your store credit within the mentioned time frame, please notify us via WhatsApp at +91 9909010806. If you have already contacted us via WhatsApp and still have not received your store credit, please reach out to us at info@bannoswagger.com.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or do not fit well. If you need to exchange for the same item, please go to the "My Account" section (located at the top right of the website) and place an exchange request directly. There is no additional charge for any exchange orders. For new orders of a lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a discount code for future purchases. Exchange of products is subject to the availability of sizes.

Shipping

To return your product, please use the "Return & Exchange" option in My Account, located at the top right of the website. Reverse shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.

Self-Ship

If your Pin code is not in the serviceable area i.e., if our delivery agents are not able to come for pick-up returns, the customer has to self-ship the product.
