When will I receive my refund and what is the process for obtaining it?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If it is approved, then your refund will be initiated and you will receive a pay-out link via SMS, which will also be notified to you via WhatsApp (if the number is provided to us). You can then add your bank account or UPI details and the amount will be credited to you. The process takes 7-10 working days once the return courier is received by us.
